Position Summary

A UX Designer must quickly concept, prototype and validate design and interactive ideas and also focus on executing interface and design details that extend brands, solve real-world problems and create delight among users.

Primary Focus

The UX Designer works with clients and software developers to concept, design and help build digital experiences. The UX Designer helps to define problems by evaluating research, understanding business goals and uncovering users' needs. Throughout a product's lifecycle, the UX Designer solves problems through the creation of artifacts such as prototypes, designs and creating the front-end experience.


  • Communicate user-centric design ideas using personas, journey maps, storyboards and user/process flows
  • Create UI artifacts (such as sitemaps, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes) that clearly present and communicate design ideas to clients and internal teams throughout a product lifecycle
  • Share and present design solutions and make rapid adjustments based on data and client and user feedback and improve designs over time
  • Test and validate concepts and designs with users. Be comfortable with helping to facilitate testing sessions with users
  • Collaborate with other designers and developers to ensure proposed design solutions best solve identified problems
  • Adhere to brand style standards and help expand clients' branding into a digital space
  • Work with the internal team to estimate UX deliverables as needed
  • Participate in and contribute to new business activities as assigned
  • Maintain accurate timesheets that are completed by required deadlines
  • Adhere to internal process for routing and approval
